Overview

At Swissclones, Super clone Swiss Movement Watches, we strive for customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products, particularly customized items, our return and refund policy has certain limitations.

Final Sale Policy: Most of our products are considered final sale. This means that returns, refunds, and replacements are generally not offered except in cases of covered manufacturing defects under our warranty. This policy is in place because many items are customized or made to order and cannot be resold.

7-Day Return Window (Limited Exceptions): In limited circumstances, if your item is not customized and meets the following conditions, you may be eligible for a return within 7 days of delivery:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable:

  • Customized goods
  • Gift cards
  • Watch accessories
  • Pre-booked items
  • Sale items

Return Process:

Contact Us: To initiate a return (if eligible), you must contact us first.

Proof of Purchase: You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it. We reserve the right to reject a return if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged due to reasons not attributable to our error, or is returned after the 7-day window.

Refunds

Refund or Exchange (If Approved):

Exchanges: We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange, contact us first.

Refunds: If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a certain number of days for the refund to appear in your account.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

Refund Processing Time:

  1. If you haven’t received a refund after a reasonable time, please follow these steps:

  3. Contact your credit card company.
  4. Contact your bank.

If you still haven’t received your refund after completing these steps, please contact us.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

Gift Credit: If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. Refund to Gift Giver: If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
