2-Year Limited Warranty: Superclone Swiss Movement Watches offers a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

Important: Contact Us First: If you experience any issues with your watch, please contact our customer service team before attempting to return it. We will provide you with specific instructions and a return form if necessary.

Warranty Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by intentional misuse or abuse.
• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, and wear of the strap or bracelet.
• Water damage resulting from a loose or improperly secured crown.

Repair or Replacement: If a covered defect is found, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the watch. If the exact model is unavailable for replacement, a comparable model of equal value will be offered.

Final Sale Policy: Please be aware that Superclone Swiss Movement Watches generally operates under a final sale policy. This means that returns, refunds, and replacements are typically not offered except in cases of covered manufacturing defects handled under the warranty. This policy is in place due to the customized nature of some of our products and our inability to resell returned items.
